We are pleased to partner with Assaia to implement the ApronAI Turnaround Control solution at T4. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have continued to transform T4's digital ecosystem with enhanced technologies, with a focus on improving the passenger experience. This new solution will not only optimize operations and our work with our business partners, but will also help us to ensure a first-class customer experience at T4.
Assaia’s technology adds critical data points to CVG’s early-stage neural network for operational advancements. Structured data generated by artificial intelligence will provide information to make decisions, optimize airside processes, and improve efficiency and safety.
This data-driven approach provides much needed clarity on airside operations at a fraction of the installation costs and user training efforts required previously, and it comes at a time when airports are being compelled to rethink every aspect of their operations. Through partnerships with leading companies like Assaia, we’re exploring innovative ways to help airports be more resilient.
We’re working hard on becoming an airport of the future, and this involves rethinking every part of our ground operations. Assaia’s ApronAI is an integral component of our vision for the ramp of the future.
Assaia has become the gold standard in turn stand data capture. Assaia converts raw images into real-time insights that empower our users to make faster and better decisions that ensure aircraft are turned on time.
SEA is one of the most gate constrained airports in N. America. As the old business adage goes, “you can’t manage what you can’t measure” and neither the airport or the airlines have sufficiently measured turn-around activities at one of our airports most important resources, gates. The longer an aircraft spends on the ground, the fewer routes it can fly. Quick turnarounds are equally crucial for us as an airport and for our airline partners, that is why we believe it is important to invest in new technology supporting to improve both safety and efficiency of operations.
